If you are ready to apply to be an International Student at our school, please complete the application form and contract of enrolment on the button below and email this to our Principal at wikus.swanepoel@maidstone.school.nz.

Once we receive your completed Application Form & Contract of Enrolment, we then check:

• The application is complete
• The international school learner’s suitability for our school
• The learner’s proposed living situation
• Insurance request
• Passport copy and photograph
• Most recent school report (in English)

We will then arrange an interview with the learner and family.

When the application is approved and the contract is signed, we then send an invoice to the learner's family.

Once the payment is received, we send:

• A receipt and 
• Offer of Place 

The learner then applies for an entry visa.

The Learner sends a copy of the visa to the school, along with details of flight and arrival dates. We will meet you at the airport when you arrive and look after you.

After arrival in New Zealand:

• We arrange class placement and check starting date
• Put cultural support in place if needed
• Involve the learner in an orientation programme
• Arrange school uniform and stationery
